We tried Minados over the weekend. The food was pretty good. My wife really enjoyed the noodle dishes while I loved the raw bar.

I never thought I'd eat seafood from a buffet, let alone sushi...

...But Minado really put my fears of combing raw fish with the discount nature of a buffet to rest. The sushi was fresh and plentiful- it may not have been the best I've ever had, but it was good and by no means what I expected when I walked in. The noodle dishes were hot (or cold, when they were supposed to be)
