Creamy Mustard & Dill Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
      1/4 cup Low-Fat (1%) Milk
      1/2 cup Fresh Dill,loosely packed & chopped
      3/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
      1.25 cups Reduced-Fat Sour Cream
      1 Lemon
      1 tsp. Sugar
      1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
      Fresh Dill for garnish

    Directions

    1. 1) From lemon, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.

      2) In small bowl, mix lemon peel, lemon juice, and remaining ingredients except garnish until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or up to 3 days. Sprinkle with dill for garnish.
