1 oz Champagne vinegar 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/4 cup Cilantro 1/2 cup Basil leaves 1 medium, finely chopped clove of Garlic 1/2 small Spanish onion 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 cup Olive oil
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients and put in a blender, churn blade until ground.
2) Turn blender on and add oil slowly until emusified.
