Oven-Baked Halibut Steaks

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp. seasoned Pepper
      2 medium (12 oz. each) Halibut steaks
      2 slices White bread
      2 tblsp. minced Parsley
      1/2 tsp. seasoned Salt
      For garnish Parsley sprigs

    Directions

    1. 1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. With knife, cut each halibut steak crosswise in half; chop bread into small pieces. On waxed paper, mix bread, parsley, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper.

      2) In 13" by 9" glass baking dish, arrange halibut steaks; press bread-crumb mixture on top. Bake halibut, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

      3) Garnish fish with parsley sprigs.
