2) In 13" by 9" metal baking pan, with spoon, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, minced gingerroot, rice vinegar, grated orange peel, and cayenne pepper sauce. Add pork chops, turning to coat with mixture.
3) Place baking pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat; broil pork chops 10 minutes, turning chops once, until they just lose their pink color throughout.
4) Place pork chops on 4 dinner plates. Skim fat from pan juice; pour pan juice over pork chops.
