this is driving from gilgo beach to oak beach on ocean parkway after hurricane sandy. I'm in the west bound lane going east with a police escort. Some parts of the east bound lane of ocean parkway are gone. I have other videos and pictures of some of the worst parts of Ocean Parkway.
