I visited the British Airways New York Office today and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They managed to solve the complex ticket problem within minutes. The office was spotless, and well-organized, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. All my concerns were addressed promptly.
