World of Warcraft Item Upgrade

The upgrade to the item was first introduced in Generation II. This item upgrade allows Porygon2 to evolve in exchange for trade while held.

It can be inserted into armor, weapon gear and trinkets to add a bonus effect or increase its value. The majority of upgrade components require the item be in a specific stage before it can be placed.
