Sash Window Repair

Sticking sashes, draughts and noise problems, decay, security issues and even decay are common in older sash windows. A lot of these issues are fixable. While some cosmetic damages may need a replacement window, others can be repaired.

Start by scoring the paint where the sash's stop and the frame meet. Then, pull the cords upwards. Knot the cords to ensu
