The Casino Mine

The Casino mine, a copper and gold project located in the Yukon Territory south of Dawson City west of Pelly crossing is a gold and copper mine. It is the first project of its kind to be carried out in Canada. The Yukon Environmental Socio-Economic Assessment Board (YESAB) is currently examining the draft guidelines for the project.
