These scooters can reach speeds of 4mph on pavements and footpaths. Unlike road scooters, they are not required to be registered at the DVLA.

Pavement scooters are a great compromise between smaller scooters and full-size models. They provide more comfort, power, stability, as well as a larger range, than compact scooters.
