ADHD Assessment in the UK

A thorough assessment of your diagnosis is required for a correct diagnosis. This includes screening questionnaires distributed prior to and an interview with you and at least one person who has a good understanding of you since childhood, a review of historical school reports (if available) and a full mental health consultation.
