Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

The stats of an item can be enhanced by upgrading it, which is also known as "upping". Each upgrade increment increases a stat linearly.

Players can recycle up to six items at once to gain a level gauge for each of the upgraded components. The cost of recycling a piece of equipment increases depending on their rarity and level.
