Saab Key Programming

Saab cars that were built prior to 1994 have an immobilizer system based on coded keys. A new transponder is required for addition of a second key, and special programming. This is usually handled by the dealer using the Tech2 diagnostic tool.

This can be expensive. It is recommended to always have an extra set of keys in your possession.
