World of Warcraft Item Upgrade

Item upgrade is an evolution item that first appeared in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2 when traded while being held.

It can be inserted into armor, weapon gear and trinkets in order to provide a bonus effect or boost its attribute value. However, most upgrade components require the item to be at a cert
