4 Center-cut , 6 oz. each almon fillets 1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
1) The method couldn't be easier: Simply place salmon fillets in 8" by 8" glass baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
2) Add 1/4 cup water to dish. Cover and cook in microwave on High 8 minutes or until fish just turns opaque throughout and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3) With slotted wide metal spatula, remove salmon from baking dish and drain over paper towels. Place salmon on platter; keep warm.
* For an added hint of flavor, add parsley leaves, celery leaves, lemon slices, whole peppercorns, or carrot slices to the poaching liquid.
